Our warehouses are located in the USA, which means that there are no import or customs duties or taxes charged on orders shipped within the US.

However, sales tax is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. This means that if you use a discount code or coupon, the sales tax will be calculated on the reduced amount.

Additionally, the total taxes charged may include county tax and city tax, if applicable in your city. These taxes are added to the sales tax and are charged based on your shipping address.

Assuming your product is in good condition, we can provide a return address for a refund. It is important to note that we cannot cover shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons

Please contact us immediately and we will expedite the sending of the correct product and provide a return label to send back the wrong product.

On rare occasions, filters do get damaged in transit. No worries! If you should receive damaged filters, please contact us and we will make arrangements to provide replacement filters and/or additional instructions.

When you make a return, you will have to wait until we receive and inspect the product. Once this process is completed, you can expect to get your money back within 7 days. Note that your credit card company may not show the returned amount for 2-10 business days.
