Does the system include filters?
Yes. The system includes its installed PCF and RO cartridges. “System + spare filter set” adds one extra PCF and one extra RO cartridge—four cartridges in total.
How do I buy replacement filters?
Choose “PCF filter only” or “RO filter only” in the purchase area to buy a replacement cartridge without another machine. For replacement timing, follow the model instructions and consider water quality and usage.
