Q: How often do I need to change the filter?
A: 6-12 months for PPC filter, 12-18 months for C filter, and 24-36 months for RO filter, based on water condition.
Q: What should I do when using the unit for the first time or after a long period of inactivity?
A: When the unit is used for the first time or when the machine is used again after a long period of shutdown, it’s recommended that turn on the faucet and let the unit operate for 60 minutes until the water coming out of the faucet is clear.
Q: Is this product suitable for use with water other than municipal tap water or for commercial purposes?
A: This product is suitable for Municipal Tap Water. lf used for commercial purposes, its duration will be significantly shortened.
Q: Can this product be connected to a hot water supply?
A: The inlet temperature of the water purifier is 41-100 °F(5~ 38°C)When the inlet temperature exceeds 100 °F, the filter will be damagedand become invalid. When the inlet temperature is lower than 5°C, it maycause pipe frozen or rupture, which will lead to water leakage.
