If you encounter any problems with your unit, follow the steps below to identify possible causes and solutions.
Machine Not Working / Won’t Start
Possible Causes:
- Loose internal wiring in the control panel
- Power connection issues
Solutions
Remove the back panel and check the wiring inside the white box. Focus on the bottom white flat cable and the red and black wires to ensure they are securely connected. After reconnecting, test the unit again. If the machine still cannot start, please contact customer service.
Ice Maker Not Working
Possible Cause I: Ice-Making Function Not Enabled
Solution
- Press and hold the Cold Water button until you hear a “beep.” The snowflake icon will flash blue, indicating the cooling function has started.
- Press and hold the ICE button until you hear a “beep.” The ice cube icon will flash blue, indicating the ice-making function has started.
- Make sure both cold water and ice icons are turned on.
Possible Cause II: Sensor Light Detached
Solution
Open the top cover of the machine. There are two sensor lights on both sides of the ice storage area, one black and one white. Check whether the sensor lights are detached. If detached, please contact customer service.
Possible Cause III: Water pump issue or water tank not supplying water properly

Check the water tank and ensure the water level is normal and properly supplying water.
Possible Cause IV: Fan Malfunction
Solution
Ensure the ice-making and cold water functions are turned on, then check whether the rear fan is rotating. If the fan is not rotating, the fan may need replacement.
Possible Cause V: Compressor Malfunction
Solution
Ensure the ice-making and cold water functions are turned on. Listen for a humming sound and check whether the fan is rotating. If the fan rotates but there is no humming sound, the compressor may be faulty.

No Hot Water
Possible Cause: Heating function not enabled
Solution
Press and hold the HOT button until you hear a “beep.” The hot water icon will flash blue, indicating the heating function has started. Once the temperature reaches the maximum level, the icon will remain solid blue.
Machine Powers Off and Restarts During Ice Crushing
Possible Cause: Ice outlet blocked by ice or foreign objects
Solution
Turn off the machine and unplug the power. Clear the ice outlet and remove any foreign objects. Restart the machine after cleaning.
Machine Leaking Water
Possible Causes
- Drain outlet not closed
- Drain pipe installed incorrectly
- Water tank or pipeline sealing issue

- Identify the leaking area (drain outlet or water tank)
- Check whether the drain outlet is properly closed
- Ensure the drain pipe is correctly installed

Ice Cubes Too Small (New Machine)

- Press and hold the Cold Water button until you hear a “beep.” The snowflake icon will flash blue, indicating the cooling function has started.
- Press and hold the ICE button until you hear a “beep.” The ice cube icon will flash blue, indicating the ice-making function has started.
- Make sure both icons are turned on.
Possible Cause: Refrigerant Not Stable After Shipping

Run the machine continuously for a period of time. Ice size will return to normal after the cooling system stabilizes.
Ice Cubes Too Small (After Use)

Follow the same steps to ensure both cooling and ice functions are enabled.
Possible Cause: Environmental Temperature Changes
Solution
Place the machine in a well-ventilated area with moderate temperature and avoid high-temperature environments. Allow the machine to run continuously until the cooling system stabilizes.
Ice Cubes Too Small (Summer)

Water Has Odor

Noise

Compressor running /Fan rotating /Ice dropping into storage bin

These sounds are normal and typically within 50dB, which should not affect normal sleep.
Possible Cause: Stainless Steel Tray Resonance
Solution
Lift the tray and place it back to eliminate resonance.
Panel Not Lighting Up
Possible Cause: Power-saving mode
Solution
If no water is dispensed for a long time, the screen enters power-saving mode. Icons become dim but the machine continues operating. Press any button to wake the panel.
Circuit Breaker Trips After Plugging In
Possible Cause: Power Outlet Not Compatible

This unit requires a standard 110-120V, 60Hz grounded outlet. Confirm that your home outlet meets this requirement.
